Role overview

Staff Technical Program Manager (Supply) at Lime, leading mission-critical initiatives in the Supply Engineering organization. You will own the technical roadmap and drive roadmap planning and execution across Product Management, Software Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Operations for real-world fleet and market operations.

Key missions / responsibilities

Align stakeholders across Product Management, Software Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Operations to plan and execute large-scale programs.
Lead cross-functional delivery from concept to delivery, overseeing software deliverables and improving the delivery lifecycle across globally distributed teams.
Own program outcomes by anticipating risks, identifying dependencies, reducing ambiguity, and removing roadblocks.

Requirements

7+ years of technical program management experience working with product and hardware/firmware/software engineering teams.
Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-stakeholder schedules on time, on budget, and with high quality.
Exceptional communication skills to convey complex technical details across technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to influence without authority, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in fast-paced ambiguity.
Strong technical background, including experience contributing to design decisions involving mobile applications, cloud services, and machine learning.
Experience supporting real-time decision-making, optimization, or machine learning-driven workflows.
Experience building/operating systems across multiple geographies with region-specific constraints.
Experience with logistics, fleet management, or operationally complex systems involving real-world assets.
3+ years of software development experience.

Nice-to-haves

Experience in micromobility, bicycle, or automotive industries.
Experience in micromobility/vehicle operations and region-specific supply constraints.

Location / work model

Full remote with occasional travel.
