Role overview

Join Lime as a Staff Technical Program Manager (Supply). You will lead mission-critical initiatives in the Supply Engineering organization, owning the technical roadmap and driving cross-functional execution across Engineering, Product, and Operations.

Responsibilities

Lead mission-critical programs within Supply Engineering, acting as the connective tissue between Engineering, Product, and Operations.
Own and drive the technical roadmap, balancing global scalability with local operational complexity.
Influence key stakeholders and lead cross-functional development.
Provide regular program health updates to senior leadership/executives (schedule, status, risks, and change control).
Create and streamline processes to improve efficiency.
Mentor and strengthen capabilities within the program management function.

Requirements

Proven track record leading large-scale, complex programs with many stakeholders, delivering on time, on budget, and with high quality.
Strong executive communication: able to navigate stakeholder landscapes and make/voice data-driven decisions calmly and objectively.
Exceptional written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to influence without authority, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in ambiguity.
7+ years of technical program management experience working with product management and hardware/firmware/software engineering teams.
Strong technical background contributing to design decisions, including discussions around mobile applications, cloud services, and machine learning.
Experience with systems supporting real-time decision-making, optimization, or machine learning-driven workflows.
Experience in logistics/fleet management or other operationally complex systems with real-world assets.
3+ years of software development experience.

Nice-to-haves

Experience in micromobility, bicycle, or automotive industries.
Experience building/operating systems across multiple geographies with region-specific constraints and requirements.
