- Improve planning and evidence mechanisms to reduce manual work and increase consistency, readiness, and organizational trust in control execution.
Responsibilities
- Drive durable improvements in how the organization plans, tracks, and evidences control execution.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Finance, and other strategic partners to align on control execution and audit readiness.
- Apply an AI-first execution mindset to streamline program operations while maintaining compliance and safety-by-design.
- Build scalable mechanisms (e.g., operating rhythms, governance, templates, tools, and processes) that improve quality and predictability.
Requirements
- Staff-level Technical Program Management experience with deep SOX domain fluency and strong technical judgment.

- Strong comfort operating in engineering contexts: understand constraints, challenge assumptions, surface technical risks, and guide sound trade-offs.
- Strong program leadership in environments with complex dependencies, shifting priorities, and risk management needs.
- BS in a technical discipline or equivalent experience; 7+ years of technical program management or equivalent experience leading large-scale technical programs across multiple teams.
Preferred Qualifications
