About the role

Role Overview

Join Reddit as a Staff Technical Program Manager in the Ads TPM (Technical Program Management) team. You will lead cross-functional technical initiatives and drive programs in Ads Monetization engineering, partnering with engineering leaders across the company.

Key Missions

Conduct cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple technical teams.
Own and lead technical programs in the digital ads platforms / ads monetization engineering space.
Evaluate prioritization, trade-offs, and risks for the programs you manage.

Requirements

Technical depth and strong judgment.
Analytical problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.
Ability to collaborate across the organization (team-player mindset).
Proactive and curious, creative problem-solver; enjoys unique approaches.
Pragmatic, iterative approach to process and system development.
8+ years combined experience in engineering and program management, including at least 4 years focused on digital ads platforms or ads monetization.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
