Join our team as a Staff Technical Program Manager, where you will drive AI-first engineering excellence efforts and improve engineering velocity. You will lead the end-to-end program management for Engineering Excellence, AI readiness, and AI DLC rollout projects. Your role will involve integrating AI-native development tools into existing engineering workflows, supporting modernization efforts, and driving technical strategy and alignment across multiple teams. You will also mentor other TPMs and engineers, raising the collective technical bar for AI-integrated program management. You are hands-on - 10+ years of experience in technical program management or software engineering leadership. You are a manager by earned experience - Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex technical rollouts across multiple business units. You deliver - Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. You are an engineer or scientist by training - Expert-level knowledge of CI/CD methodologies, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud-native development environments. You automate at scale - Software development background with programming language proficiency and the ability to participate in architectural reviews. You are still a developer at heart
