Role Overview

Staff Software Engineer (Websites) responsible for leading technical work around cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will partner with engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to turn complex requirements into practical technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, scope, and implement innovative technology solutions
Improve product quality, performance, usability, and scalability
Collaborate with Design and Product to support product-market fit
Identify and convert high-impact opportunities into executable projects
Build a collaborative team environment focused on mutual success
Ensure seamless integration across product ecosystems for an optimal customer experience

Qualifications

8+ years experience in full-stack web application development
Proficient in Java or Kotlin and Node.js for backend development
Skilled in React or Angular, with knowledge of CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap
Experience with AWS and cloud environments, including Docker and Git
Strong ability to translate Figma designs into functional applications
Expertise in designing scalable and efficient databases
Passion for testable code, API design, and unit/integration testing
