Role Overview
Staff Software Engineer (Platform) at SmithRx. You’ll help own the end-to-end engineering lifecycle—from design and documentation to build, test, and ongoing maintenance of the SmithRx product suite.
What You’ll Do
- Drive work across the entire engineering lifecycle (design, documentation, build, test, maintenance)
- Share and advocate best practices, coding standards, and large-scale system design approaches
- Provide leadership and ownership, contributing to how the team operates and designs systems
- Take on new and evolving challenges as SmithRx continues to advance its technology
Requirements
- Experience operating with engineering standards and system design perspectives at scale
- Ability to lead and own technical execution and engineering quality

- Strong versatility across engineering tasks and comfort taking on new challenges
