Key Missions
- Design & develop internal web applications that let internal teams access specific data sets and perform actions without direct access to sensitive systems.
- Partner with Data & Integrations to architect and build connections between platforms such as Snowflake, Zendesk, and Slack to automate workflows.

- Develop and maintain documentation and participate in sprint planning.
Responsibilities
- Build frontend and backend functionality for internal tools.
- Integrate APIs and data sources to fetch, transform, and expose data safely.
- Break down high-level operational goals into technical tasks and sprint plans.

- Experience with data querying/integration with Snowflake and building APIs.
- Understanding of role-based access control (RBAC) and secure data-handling design.
