Role Overview

As a Staff Software Engineer at Ashby, you will own a significant part of the product end-to-end—driving projects from research and design to implementation. You’ll work with a collaborative team that emphasizes minimal process and individual ownership.

  • Experience handling projects with significant product and technical ambiguity
  • Excellent collaboration and communication, vetting decisions with stakeholders
