Requirements

Strong CS fundamentals, including:
- Algorithmic complexity
- Asynchronicity
- Distributed computing
Experience shipping pragmatic, high-quality solutions with urgency.
10+ years building highly reliable, mission-critical software.
Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive clarity.
Solid knowledge of design and architecture.
Comfortable working in a team-oriented, open environment.
Familiarity with Agile processes and software testing.
Proven technical leadership across teams without formal people management.
