Staff/Snr Front End Engineer(s)

Role Overview

Staff and Senior Front-End Engineers to build real-time, data-rich web applications used daily by a large operational workforce. You’ll help shape UI architecture and deliver production-quality interfaces at scale with a strong product-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, intuitive, and high-performance user interfaces for real-time workflows
• Partner with design and product to refine user journeys and simplify complex interactions
• Create reusable components, maintainable state management patterns, and consistent UI architecture
• Lead or contribute to design systems, front-end tooling, and long-term UI strategy
• Integrate with event-driven backends delivering high-frequency data updates
• Mentor engineers and align cross-team efforts on front-end quality and performance

Requirements

• Deep experience with React or a comparable modern UI framework
• Strong knowledge of component architecture, performance optimization, and UX fundamentals
• Experience building front-end applications that scale in both complexity and usage
• Familiarity with real-time interfaces, data visualization, and/or event-driven backend integrations
• Product-engineer mindset: iterate quickly, engage with user problems, and propose improvements
• Staff-level ability to guide technical direction and promote best practices across teams
