Staff Product Marketing Manager

Role Overview

Join Grafana Labs as a Staff Product Marketing Manager. You’ll develop go-to-market (GTM) programs, communicate the value of Grafana Labs’ products, and enable Product Managers and Engineers on growth and demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute GTM programs that position product value effectively.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Sales to define:
  • product value
  • messaging
  • GTM strategy
• Manage product and feature launches, focused on relevant audiences and buyer needs.
• Lead customer lifecycle campaigns and optimize them based on performance.
• Analyze campaign and lifecycle metrics to provide data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• Strong “say-do” execution mindset; ability to deliver measurable impact.
• High product and technical curiosity, translating into packaging, positioning, and messaging.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• 5+ years of relevant experience (product marketing, solutions marketing, or product management).
• Proven ability to drive complex projects end-to-end.
• Experience leading product/feature launches autonomously and as part of a team.
• Passion for open source, cloud-native, and infrastructure technologies.
• Comfort working with diverse internal/external stakeholders.
• Quantitative analytical skills for campaign performance and lifecycle metrics.
• Ability to articulate the value of technical products to customers and sellers.
• Experience marketing and selling to a technical audience.
