Staff Product Manager - US (Remote)

Role overview

As a Staff Product Manager (US Remote), you will lead product for a team within the Flagship Group to accelerate Luxury Presence’s shift to an AI-powered platform for real estate growth. You’ll own the strategy, roadmap, execution, and rollout of high-impact, high-complexity initiatives—both new offerings and improvements to existing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap to increase customer value, raise quality, and remove friction across Presence
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear plans with value, scope, milestones, and metrics
• Run discovery with customers and internal teams; validate problems, test solutions, and de-risk early
• Write PRDs, roadmaps, and decision docs to align stakeholders
• Sequence work for iterative delivery and fast learning
• Partner with Design and Engineering to ship reliable, intuitive, and delightful experiences
• Define and analyze success metrics to evaluate bets and guide future work

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, including 2–3 years leading large, complex 0→1 or major revamp initiatives
• Startup mindset: comfortable in ambiguity, able to find the MVP, and balance speed with quality
• Experience building AI-powered products, including:
  • agentic workflows
  • LLM selection
  • prompt creation
  • evaluation suites
• Strong communication and collaboration; drive clarity and buy-in across the business
• High standards for user experience quality and details
• Fluent with AI tools to increase impact
