Staff Product Manager - MetaMask (Networks)

Role Overview

As a Staff Product Manager (Networks) at Consensys, you will own the strategy and execution for the MetaMask network layer, one of the most critical and complex parts of the wallet. The Networks team ensures blockchain connectivity feels invisible, reliable, and trustworthy across EVM and non-EVM chains.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end network experience across MetaMask Extension and Mobile, including:
  • network switching
  • chain discovery
  • custom networks
  • RPC configuration
  • L2 support
• Define and drive long-term product strategy for network connectivity across EVM and non-EVM ecosystems.
• Lead initiatives to make network connectivity faster, more reliable, and less error-prone, reducing user-facing complexity.
• Own the product approach for supporting emerging EVM chains and key non-EVM networks, including:
  • criteria
  • launch processes
  • improving time-to-support
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design, Security, Data) to ensure seamless and predictable wallet user flows.
• Set product goals, success metrics, and execution plans, balancing:
  • user experience
  • technical feasibility
  • ecosystem impact
  • commercial opportunity.
