Role Overview

Staff Product Manager for Link Consumer Product at Stripe, responsible for building the Link consumer wallet experience across web and native. You will own key consumer features end-to-end and help shape the consumer strategy for Link.

Responsibilities

Deeply understand user needs by working with consumers and cross-functional partners (Engineering, GTM, Operations) and analyzing feedback and market trends.
Be the voice of consumers within Link and across Stripe.
Partner with customers, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a comprehensive, frictionless experience.
Define and drive an ambitious roadmap for Link product development and capability expansion.
Identify new business opportunities and lead them from early stage to maturity.
Set team pace, prioritization, and execution.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Operations.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in product or another technical role.
Experience building world-class consumer products at scale.
Strong product taste, judgment, and design empathy.
Ability to use data and insights rigorously to analyze product performance.
Drive for continuous product improvement and ability to optimize for shipping across a portfolio.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)

Strong interest in how AI can accelerate shipping and evolve the product management function.
Familiarity with using AI tools for product work (e.g., prototypes, demos, side projects).
