Staff Product Manager (Games Ecosystem)

Role Overview

Join Reddit as a Staff Product Manager for the Games Ecosystem team. You will define product strategy for games on Reddit and build a roadmap that balances consumer experiences, community-native features, creator/developer tools, platform capabilities, and ecosystem programs.

Key Missions

• Define product strategy for the Games Ecosystem, including how games fit into Reddit communities and the creators/platform ecosystem.
• Identify high-leverage opportunities to improve the player experience, community participation, creator/developer enablement, discovery, and retention.
• Build and drive a roadmap balancing:
  • Consumer-facing experiences
  • Community-native features
  • Tools for creators/developers
  • Platform capabilities

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally and with external partners to improve discovery, distribution, and retention of games on Reddit.
• Lead product strategy across an ecosystem spanning players, communities, moderators, creators, developers, partners, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Experience using qualitative and quantitative evidence to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and measure product-loop performance.
• Strong product sense for what makes games and game-adjacent experiences compelling, repeatable, social, and community-native.
• Ability to reason across a multi-sided ecosystem (players/fans/communities/moderators/creators/developers/partners/internal teams).
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Community, DevRel, Partnerships, Policy, and Trust/Safety.
• Comfort addressing both consumer product and technical platform questions (even if one is deeper).
• Experience leading ambiguous product strategy in games/communities/creator ecosystems/developer platforms/social products/marketplaces/entertainment/consumer growth.
• Excellent written communication and decision frameworks to align teams.
