Role Overview

Staff Product Manager – Food Access & Benefits at Foodsmart. You will own and scale the Food Access & Benefits platform, powering Foodsmart’s expanding portfolio of food programs, health benefits management, and related ancillary services.

What You’ll Do

• Own the service lines and act as a product executive for the platform
• Translate complex, multi-party operational workflows into scalable product capabilities
• Launch and scale new services for members, employers, and health plans
• Improve how members access food benefits and how partners administer those benefits
• Drive product strategy and PM rigor in a space shaped by regulations, stakeholder complexity, and operational dependencies
• Establish product-market fit for new offerings and bring services to market with measurable business impact

Requirements

• Product leadership experience in operationally intensive domains (e.g., benefits/program delivery ecosystems)
• Ability to navigate health benefits complexity, food access programs, and partner ecosystems
• Strong strategic clarity and product execution to drive new service lines to value

• Experience bringing new healthcare/benefit services to market and developing product-market fit
• Familiarity with stakeholder-heavy environments with regulatory considerations
