About the role

Role Overview

Join Fiddler AI as a Staff Product Manager in the LLM and ML infrastructure space. You will own the product vision and roadmap for an enterprise-grade LLM Observability offering, partnering closely with data science, engineering, and design teams.

Key Missions / Responsibilities

  • Conduct customer discovery to understand how enterprises observe and troubleshoot AI/ML applications.
  • Define a compelling product vision and strategy for enterprise LLM observability.
  • Lead the development and execution of the LLM Observability roadmap.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Designers to solve customer challenges related to monitoring and troubleshooting AI/ML models and LLM-based applications.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of software product management experience, including at least 2 years in ML
  • Hands-on Machine Learning experience
  • Strong communication skills: clear and concise
  • Strategic mindset: ability to understand both business and customer motivations and translate them into a plan
  • Prefer enterprise or early-stage experience
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
  • Technically fluent: experience building technical systems for technical users

Nice to Haves

  • Deep interest in AI/ML and industry developments; strong curiosity about data science and ML theory
