About the role

Role overview

Join ServiceTitan as a Staff Product Manager to lead the transformation of field service work using AI and next-generation hardware. You will own the product vision and roadmap for equipment diagnostics, drive adoption across trades, and build a platform layer of diagnostics.

Key missions

  • Define the equipment diagnostics product vision and roadmap to improve the technician experience and expand diagnostic intelligence.
  • Drive adoption across different trades and personas within ServiceTitan by delivering truly valuable experiences.
  • Lead customer discovery (with technicians and service operators) to understand real diagnostic workflows and identify where AI can have the greatest impact.
  • Partner with engineering, data science, and design to deliver the diagnostic product experience.
  • Contribute to the broader AI in field service roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for equipment diagnostics.
  • Conduct discovery and validate opportunities using customer workflows and data.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Go-To-Market.

Requirements

  • Strong mobile product instincts for workers in the field (field constraints and UX opportunities).
  • Experience building AI-powered / intelligent systems products; ability to make AI reliable, trustworthy, and useful in practice.
  • Diagnostic mindset: tackle low-adoption root causes and distinguish between UX, positioning, and product gaps.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Design, Data Science, and GTM.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous problem spaces and iterate toward clarity with customers and data.
  • Ability to conduct complex data analysis to guide product decisions.
  • 7+ years in product management with a track record of shipping and scaling complex products.
  • Experience partnering with third parties to build collaborative products.

Nice to have

  • Experience in products where users do physical, time-pressured work (e.g., field service, logistics, industrial, healthcare, or similar).
