Staff Product Manager, DocSend

Role Overview

As a Staff Product Manager for DocSend (a Dropbox business), you’ll lead product strategy across the entire DocSend org while partnering with a dedicated engineering squad. The role requires strong product craft alongside go-to-market and operational capabilities to expand DocSend’s impact and total addressable market.

Responsibilities

• Define and evangelize the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for DocSend.
• Balance the roadmap between foundational improvements and new feature delivery to maximize user value.
• Become an expert in DocSend customers and segments using primary research and data insights.
• Own complex, multi-quarter initiatives end-to-end, including:
  • product specs and success metrics
  • driving cross-business execution
  • sharing learnings and insights across the organization
• Drive business results by identifying problems, developing solutions, and estimating impact.
• Navigate execution challenges (trade-offs, staffing needs, risks) with frequent and clear stakeholder communication.
• Communicate crisply with leadership, articulating tradeoffs and strategic rationale and driving alignment.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of shipping high-quality, user-facing products.
• BS/MS in CS, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Applied Math, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences.
• Proven success leading multi-quarter initiatives that deliver business impact, balancing planning and user feedback.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to connect product features to business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to articulate complexity and inspire both engineers and executives.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in collaborative, ambiguous environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience owning a B2B SaaS product end-to-end.
• Ability to influence without authority, including mentoring PMs or acting as a product culture leader.
• Strong data analytics skills to query, analyze, and generate insights independently.
