About the role

Role Overview

Join Wealthsimple’s Crypto team as a Staff Product Manager (Crypto). You’ll lead the development and execution of the company’s stablecoin strategy, partnering with external ecosystem players and internal teams to drive product development, customer research, and business outcomes.

Key Missions

Own product vision and roadmap for Wealthsimple’s stablecoin strategy within Crypto, and drive end-to-end product development.
Partner externally across infrastructure, payments, DeFi, and market ecosystems to unlock growth and utility.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and key stakeholders to raise the bar on quality, performance, and ambition.

Responsibilities (Implied)

Lead large, complex, cross-functional product initiatives as an individual contributor.
Build strong client feedback loops, validate hypotheses, and manage trade-offs to deliver impact.
Use research and data to inform product decisions and report outcomes to executive leadership.

Requirements

Proven experience owning a major product/domain: setting an inspiring vision and executing against strategy.
Shipping mentality and a track record of making scope trade-offs to deliver results.
Experience owning key business outcomes and reporting to executive leadership.
Strong background building and shipping products at scale, with most recent experience in Crypto.
Ability to bring structure to ambiguity, simplify complex problems, and communicate clearly (verbal and written).
Experience leading qualitative and quantitative research, including large-scale client research, to shape roadmaps.
Technical know-how to collaborate with engineers on architecture and understand how design/product/engineering work together.
Analytical skills to pull and analyze data independently and derive meaningful insights.
Bias to action; capable of setting a fast-paced tone with stakeholders.
