About the role
Role Overview
Join Ironclad as a Staff Product Manager (Core Platform). You will lead FedRAMP readiness and authorization enablement, own key foundational platform areas, and drive cross-functional execution across engineering, security/governance, legal, design, AI stakeholders, and go-to-market partners.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap for FedRAMP enablement, translating security controls into clear requirements and delivery plans.
- Drive cross-functional execution to deliver capabilities and operational readiness for authorization and ongoing compliance.
- Own foundational platform areas impacting enterprise scalability and product velocity, including:
- Records & Document Services
- Design System
- Partner with Engineering, Security/GRC, Legal, Design, AI stakeholders, and GTM partners to deliver shipped outcomes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, including platform or infrastructure-adjacent product ownership.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional delivery and launches with Engineering, Security/GRC, Legal, and GTM.
- Hands-on FedRAMP experience required, including materially leading FedRAMP readiness/authorization for a SaaS/cloud product (e.g., scope/boundary decisions, control-to-product translation, evidence-producing capabilities, POA&M execution, and close partnership with Security/GRC + Engineering).
- Ability to translate ambiguity into strategy, roadmap, and shipped results; strong written and executive communication.
- Experience owning document/content services (storage, rendering, pipelines, performance/SLOs), ideally at scale.
- Familiarity with document processing for AI (ingestion, extraction, chunking/indexing, retrieval/RAG) and partnering with AI/ML teams on platform dependencies and governance.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS pricing/packaging inputs (entitlements, plan gating) and launching platform capabilities.
- Experience building or scaling a Design System (component governance, accessibility, adoption, developer experience).

- Engineering background or experience as a Technical Product Manager and/or Technical Program/Project Manager.
