About the role

Role Overview

Staff Product Manager, B2B Employers at Headspace. Own and execute the product strategy for Headspace offerings tailored to B2B employers, with a focus on employer partnerships that drive member acquisition and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Own the B2B Employers product roadmap, prioritizing features and integrations that:
    • accelerate payer sales cycles
    • improve implementation efficiency
    • maximize member adoption
  • Perform in-depth market analysis of the US payer landscape to identify unmet needs, competitive gaps, and opportunities.
  • Define actionable product requirements for B2B solutions, including:
    • health plan eligibility verification
    • custom reporting/analytics for employers
    • integration into existing health system workflows
  • Partner with the Consumer Product team to ship unified Headspace offerings for both B2B and consumer members.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Clinical, Legal, and Marketing to launch and drive adoption.
  • Work with Legal and Security to ensure offerings comply with relevant regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and Headspace data governance standards.
  • Define, track, and report on KPIs such as payer adoption rates, member engagement within plan segments, and contribution to enterprise bookings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience
  • 2+ years focused on B2B, Enterprise, or Health Tech products
  • Proven track record delivering and iterating products in a regulated industry (ideally for health plans/payers)
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills to translate business/regulatory complexity into product roadmaps and specs
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influence across internal/external partners
  • Experience working with engineering teams on API-driven platforms and integrations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with digital health in D2C/B2C
  • Knowledge of the payer/managed care ecosystem, including sales cycles and decision-makers
  • Passion for mindfulness and mental health

Location & Work Model

  • Remote hiring unless based in the SF area
  • Must permanently reside in the US and work full-time
  • SF-area candidates follow a hybrid model: 3 days/week in-office, rest remote

Compensation

  • Base salary range: $140,400–$224,250 (plus equity and benefits)
