Staff Product Manager - Asset Management

Role overview

Dragos is hiring a Staff Product Manager for Asset Management within its product team building world-class ICS cybersecurity products. You will own the asset management product vision and strategy, drive an outcome-driven roadmap, and work closely with leadership, internal stakeholders, engineering, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Asset Management product vision and quarter-over-quarter roadmap for OT/ICS environments
• Translate customer needs and market trends into roadmap priorities and execution plans
• Drive development and management of core asset management features and capabilities
• Engage with customers and customer-facing teams to discover, validate, and iterate on use cases
• Represent Dragos’s perspective on OT Asset Management to customers, analysts, and industry groups
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on business opportunities and justify solutions, costs, and business cases
• Make prioritization and trade-off decisions across features, timelines, resources, and quality
• Communicate product requirements with clear business rationale to Engineering
• Measure and improve product KPIs, driving process improvements and future enhancements
• Support Sales with product insights for POCs, market analysis, and prioritization
• Shape go-to-market strategy and craft narratives for launch activities

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience building or maintaining enterprise security products
• Strong understanding of asset management concepts, including:
  • asset inventory
  • asset management product architecture
  • system-of-record platforms
  • cross-product passive, active, and integration architectures
• Excellent analytical skills to extract value from complex data
• Technical fluency with APIs, data models, asset graphs, and backend workflows
• Proven ability to write product requirements that enable user value and build customer trust
• Track record delivering successful products, including outcome-driven roadmaps and backlog prioritization
• Experience working with cross-functional distributed teams (engineering/design)
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence executives, customers, and partners
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to travel ~10% for customer meetings and conferences
• Direct experience with OT environments (customer-side experience or experience building for OT)
