Role: Staff Product Manager, AI

Lead product efforts to develop and enhance ClickUp’s AI-driven features, ensuring they meet user needs and align with the company’s strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver AI solutions.
• Partner with engineering, design, and data science to turn AI capabilities into user-friendly product features.
• Run market research and facilitate user feedback sessions to spot trends and opportunities.
• Define and track key performance metrics to measure AI initiative success.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the AI Product team.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, and other teams to drive monetization.
• Work with Analytics to identify high-leverage opportunities and balance quick wins vs. big bets.
• Own and shape long-term product strategy and work with leaders/execs to share learnings and pitch ideas.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Product Manager (preferably in B2B SaaS).
• Experience leading teams of engineers and designers, owning a roadmap, managing sprints, and delivering against measured goals.
• Proven ability to own and drive critical business metrics.
• Experience running and analyzing experiments.
• Strong analytical thinking: use metrics for decisions and avoid correlation vs. causation fallacies.
• Ability to troubleshoot metrics/issues with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Mindsets: growth, ownership, and first-principles thinking.

Desirable

• Experience working on AI product/platform.
• Prior experience in a B2B SaaS company.
