Staff Product Manager - Ads Marketplace, Searcher Monetization

Role Overview

As a Staff Product Manager on Reddit Ads (Ads Marketplace) you will lead the monetization vision and execution for Search-related ad products. The role owns end-to-end strategy and delivery for highly intentful search experiences, including experiences like Reddit Answers (generative AI search) and referrals coming from search engines and LLMs.

What You’ll Do

• Own product strategy: Define and optimize the monetization vision for intentful, search-related experiences for long-term success.
• Provide end-to-end leadership: Lead strategy, development, and launch of advertising products across all search-related advertising on Reddit.
• Collaborate across teams: Work with Consumer, Formats, Marketplace, and UX teams to build ad surfaces that are native and sensible—retaining searchers and maximizing engagement.
• Turn vision into requirements: Translate business goals and user needs into clear product requirements; guide technical trade-offs and align execution across teams.
• Drive monetization: Lead monetization efforts tied to search activities.
• Make data-driven decisions: Use metrics, analytics, and competitive research to identify opportunities and shape the evolution of ad offerings.
• Define and own KPIs: Track advertiser outcomes, user engagement, and marketplace efficiency with focus on revenue growth, user experience, and long-term sustainability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience.
