Staff Product Designer

Role Overview

As Staff Product Designer at Vetcove, you will shape the product tools clinics use every day. You’ll lead end-to-end design for core product areas and partner closely with product managers and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for core product areas, from early concept through final implementation.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define team roadmaps and solve the right problems.
• Create design flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to clearly communicate design ideas.
• Help evolve and maintain the design system.

Requirements

• Ability to think in systems, prototype quickly, and bring clarity to complex workflows.
• Shipped complex B2B or SaaS products and can explain your design process.
• Strong instincts for usability, interaction design, and information hierarchy.
• Strong focus on quality and craftsmanship, with pragmatic decision-making.
• Experience spanning UX, interaction, and visual design.
• 5+ years designing thoughtful, intuitive web applications.
• Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and works well with engineers and stakeholders.
• Portfolio demonstrating product thinking and attention to detail.
