Role Overview

As a Staff Product Designer at TruckSmarter, you will own product and design initiatives end-to-end, crafting user experiences that reflect the company’s human-centered values. You’ll partner cross-functionally to take ideas from strategy to execution, validation, and future iterations—with high autonomy and direct impact on users and the team.

Responsibilities

Own product and design initiatives end-to-end
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the product across the full lifecycle:
- strategy → execution → validation → iteration
Produce high-quality design work across the process:
- research, user flows, interactive prototypes
- pixel-perfect design and delightful interactions
Present and share your work frequently in a collaborative environment

Requirements

10+ years of experience in product design
Strong expertise in native mobile experience design
Demonstrated empathy and ability to understand design impact on users
Experience working effectively in collaborative teams and actively showing your work

Nice-to-haves

Curiosity about AI and excitement about applying it to creative workflows
Experience designing agentic chat-based interfaces
