Role: Staff Product Designer (London)

Join Legora as the first designer in the London office, tackling the company’s most complex product challenges and setting a high bar for design quality across products and teams.

What you’ll do

• Lead design across multiple product areas, creating coherence across complex workflows and experiences.
• Shape product strategy: frame the hardest problems, influence roadmaps, and turn ambiguity into practical solutions.
• Set and raise the bar for design craft, accessibility, and usability across the product suite.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to make tradeoffs that protect the user experience while shipping quickly.
• Explore new product directions from zero-to-one concepts through scaled launches.
• Develop new ways of working with AI to improve design outcomes and speed.
• Help make Legora a destination for top design talent in London.

What you bring

• Extensive product design experience, with a proven track record shipping complex, high-impact products.
• Exceptional interaction and visual design craft, able to connect details to the bigger picture.
• Ability to own ambiguous problems and bring clarity across teams and product areas.
• Comfort shifting between hands-on design and product strategy.
• Strong product judgment and communication skills; able to influence direction and earn confidence across Product, Engineering, and leadership.
