Join our team as a Staff Product Designer, where you'll lead the design for cross-cutting platform experiences that impact every workflow. This role requires deep collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, and designers across stages. You'll drive the end-to-end design process, elevate craft and quality, contribute to our design system, mentor and support others, and ground your work in research. Key missions: Lead the end-to-end design process for cross-cutting features and workflows that impact users across the product.. Coordinate across multiple groups to align on platform-level experiences, working closely with Product Managers and Engineering Managers.. Actively contribute to the Pajamas Design System by identifying reusable patterns, proposing new components, and ensuring adherence to system standards. Profile: - Demonstrated ability to lead design on complex, ambiguous projects that require significant cross-functional collaboration - Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools - Experience collaborating closely with Product Management and Engineering - Systems thinking and experience contributing to or working with design systems - Experience working in remote, distributed teams - Experience mentoring designers and elevating team craft - Familiarity with developer tools, DevSecOps, or technical B2B products is a plus - Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design work, from problem framing through shipped solutions - Excellent communication skills–ability to present work, articulate rationale, and facilitate alignment - Please note that we welcome interest from candidates with varying levels of experience; many successful candidates do not meet every single requirement
