Staff Product Designer, Clinical Experience

Role Overview

Staff Product Designer for the Clinical Experience team at Hone Health. You will shape the future of the Hone provider application, helping transform complex medical information into clear, engaging product experiences that enable doctors to deliver better care.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and design leadership to define and design the provider application (EMR) experience.
• Conceptualize broadly, explore divergent ideas, and iteratively converge on solutions aligned to a product vision.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Lead and/or conduct user research and data analysis to drive user-centered decisions.
• Work within and contribute to the Design System.
• Present and advocate design work to senior stakeholders/leadership, clearly articulating decisions and goals.
• Inspire teams with innovative, next-generation UI approaches; lead workshops and brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

• Strong UI design background and ability to think in systems.
• Experience creating AI-driven recommendation tools/experiences.
• Ability to blend strategic thinking with detailed execution (user flows, screens, and UI states).
• Track record of building visually compelling, delightful software.
• Comfort collaborating cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers.
• Skill breaking down complex/ambiguous concepts into actionable artifacts.
• Ability to create progressive designs that balance innovation, usability, and accessibility.
• Strong ability to translate complex information into intuitive interfaces.
