Role overview
Join Abridge as a Staff Product Designer to reshape healthcare delivery. You will design user experiences that help clinicians regain time, reduce cognitive load, and focus on patients—working across complex clinical workflows and AI capabilities.
Key missions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to immerse yourself in clinical workflow complexity and bring structure and empathy to ambiguous problems.
- Lead end-to-end design execution, turning early ideas into high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and user flows.
- Champion user-centered design by running/participating in user research, synthesizing insights, and ensuring decisions are rooted in users’ needs and pain points.
Requirements
- 7–12+ years of experience shipping impactful product design in complex domains.
- Proven track record leading significant design initiatives from concept to launch with measurable impact.
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills; able to articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly collaborative, low-ego mindset with a desire to learn, teach, and grow.
- High craft bar: meticulous attention to detail and ability to inspire others.

- AI experience
- Experience with consumer mobile and AI/ML products
- Experience with enterprise product design
