Role overview

Join Airbnb as a Staff Platform Product Manager (Community Experience Platform). You’ll lead cross-team collaboration to deliver a best-in-class support experience and platform capabilities, setting measurable goals and driving an aligned product strategy with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-team collaboration to deliver support experience improvements and platform capabilities
• Define product strategy and build a roadmap aligned with senior leadership vision
• Set priorities using inputs from multiple stakeholders
• Maintain the product backlog and roadmap, ensuring execution toward the vision
• Partner with senior tech leads to execute the product vision

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management or product design experience (at least 5+ years in product management)
• Strong ability to absorb technical concepts and explain them to non-technical audiences
• Outcome-oriented mindset; articulates desired outcomes and creates a path to achieve them
• Radical thinking with strong execution; ability to envision alternatives to the status quo
• Exceptional communication skills; adapts style to different audiences
• Appreciation for great user experience
• Experience working with partners beyond a single immediate cross-functional team
