Role Overview

Join Yubo as a Staff ML Engineer to build and scale end-to-end machine learning use cases. You’ll improve the ML lifecycle and help drive the company’s “ML as a Platform” strategy, working on models that impact user safety and recommendation quality.

Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end ML use cases, ensuring production readiness, scalability, and long-term maintainability
Define and improve the full ML lifecycle (from development to operations)
Establish KPIs and monitoring standards to track model performance over time
Contribute to ML as a Platform by defining scalable standards for ML development across teams
Work with massive volumes of data to optimize product outcomes

Requirements

Staff-level depth in building end-to-end ML systems for production
Strong ownership of ML lifecycle practices including KPIs/monitoring
Ability to define scalable, cross-team ML development standards

Nice to Have

Experience formalizing ML platforms and governance across multiple teams
