Role Overview

As a Staff Full Stack Engineer at Talos, you will architect and deliver end-to-end systems while helping accelerate product delivery and enable large-scale growth across platforms.

Responsibilities

Architect and deliver end-to-end systems that are scalable, fast, and user-friendly
Improve and extend core platforms and developer tooling to help teams build, test, and ship quality software
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to scope, design, and deliver high-impact solutions
Help raise the technical bar and drive engineering excellence across the team

Requirements

Strong experience designing and building end-to-end full stack systems
Ability to improve core platforms and developer tooling
Strong collaboration skills with product and design stakeholders

Nice-to-haves

Experience operating at a Staff level (leading technical direction, mentoring, and setting standards)
