About the role

Role overview

Join the Core Dialer team as a Staff Full Stack Engineer. You’ll enhance the user-facing dialer/compose experience, improve performance and reliability, and collaborate closely with design/product and cross-functional teams (Integrations, Voice Infra).

Responsibilities

Strengthen the user experience for the dialer/composeur by ensuring speed and reliability.
Build and maintain core dialer features that representatives use daily.
Partner with design and product to ship UX improvements.
Improve backend APIs and frontend performance.
Work cross-functionally with Integrations and Voice Infra teams.

Requirements

3–5 years of engineering experience (ideally in SaaS).
Strong frontend skills in React.
Strong backend skills in Node.js / TypeScript and REST APIs.
Solid understanding of data models and caching, including PostgreSQL and Redis.
Enjoys working close to users and iterating quickly.

Nice to haves

Experience with distributed systems and integrations (exposure to these is a stated benefit).
