About the role

Role Overview

As a Staff Frontend Engineer at Livestorm, you will shape the frontend architecture and serve as the most senior technical voice on the frontend. You will work closely with Product and Design, and drive performance across the product.

Key Missions & Responsibilities

Lead frontend architecture direction and identify structural issues in the codebase.
Drive refactorings and establish frontend models/patterns that the whole team can rely on.
Partner with Product from day one to:
- Shape requirements
- Challenge scope
- Surface constraints early
- Keep technical decisions aligned with user needs.
Lead cross-team technical initiatives and align engineering and product stakeholders around shared goals.

Requirements

Demonstrated staff-level / senior expert frontend engineering ability (most senior technical voice on frontend).
Strong collaboration with Product and Design and influence across teams.
Experience leading architecture, diagnosing systemic issues, and driving refactorings.
