About the role

Role Overview

As a Staff Experience Designer, you will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives for a leader in the Consumer Technology space. You’ll collaborate across analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements—directly impacting engagement, conversion, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of personalized consumer journeys aligned with household needs
  • Create and oversee experience design briefs for all platforms and modal interfaces
  • Develop narratives and value propositions for new features and experiences
  • Define frameworks for key customer journeys and articulate user steps
  • Guide content hierarchy and information architecture across different surfaces
  • Establish experiential principles to improve user comprehension and decision-making
  • Integrate AI-assisted prototyping into the design workflow and align with design systems

Requirements

  • 15+ years designing consumer-facing digital products and experiences
  • Fluent in at least two design disciplines, such as:
    • Content design
    • UX/Product design
    • Visual design
    • Design research
  • Exceptional attention to detail focused on brand differentiation and design system cohesion
  • Ability to guide teams through design processes and feature launches
  • Strong communication with emphasis on storytelling and decision-making frameworks
  • Experience with brand-centric product design driven by user insights and metrics
  • Proficient in Google Slides and Figma (knowledge of additional design tools preferred)

  • Additional design tools knowledge beyond Figma and Google Slides

Compensation & Work Setup

  • $198,000 – $209,000 annually
  • Remote (US-based candidates only)
