Role Overview

As a Staff Engineer (Data) at Arbor Education, you will set technical direction and lead architecture strategy across key data/product domains. You’ll collaborate with product teams, engineering leads, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions aligned with Arbor’s mission in education technology.

Drive architectural reviews and promote software development best practices and engineering excellence.
Support cross-team collaboration to align technical execution with product goals.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to own architecture and technical direction for complex domains.
Experience collaborating closely with product and engineering leadership.
Strong engineering judgment and ability to lead architectural reviews.
