About the role

Role overview

Join Arbor Education as a Staff Engineer (Core Product) to guide the technical direction of the Core MIS platform. You’ll ensure architectural consistency and excellence while providing hands-on technical leadership across cross-functional teams.

Key missions

Define and maintain a clear technical vision and platform roadmap for Core MIS aligned with the business strategy.
Lead architectural reviews and ensure implementations meet standards for quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.
Partner with Product Directors, Technical Leads, and stakeholders to align engineering efforts with product goals.
Collaborate with engineering teams and provide mentorship to raise technical capability and execution quality.

Responsibilities

Technical direction and architecture leadership for the Core MIS platform.
Cross-functional collaboration to drive consistency and outcomes.
Hands-on guidance and engineering team mentoring.

Requirements

Expertise in software architecture, with strong judgment on quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.

Strong stakeholder collaboration skills with product and technical leadership.
