Staff Cloud Security Engineer

Role overview

Join ServiceTitan as a Staff Cloud Security Engineer to shape the security foundation of modern multi-cloud environments and next-generation applications. You will design automated security controls, harden multi-cloud infrastructure, and promote secure development practices across the organization.

Key missions / responsibilities

• Design and implement automated cloud security controls.
• Integrate robust security controls into CI/CD platforms and manage IaC security scanning tools.
• Develop and apply data security and confidentiality policies aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Implement pipeline-based security scanning and create developer feedback loops.
• Manage IAM security controls.
• Build secure infrastructure baselines, validate security configurations, and guide engineering teams on secure architecture.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years hands-on experience in cloud security, application security, DevSecOps, or related engineering roles.
• Deep hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS security services, including design/maintenance of multi-cloud application controls.
• Proficiency in scripting: Python, Bash, PowerShell.
• Strong understanding of:
  • Container security (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • IaC security (Terraform, ARM)

Nice to have

• Industry certifications such as CCSP, CISSP, AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, GCSA, or OSCP.
