Role overview

Join Oviva as a Staff Business Intelligence and Data Analyst. You will partner with senior stakeholders to turn complex business priorities into actionable analytics roadmaps, driving cross-functional projects and enabling data-driven decisions.

Key missions

Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into analytics roadmaps.
Coordinate cross-functional projects across product, operations, and data to deliver high-impact insights.
Design and maintain dbt models and build/maintain high-quality dashboards using tools such as ThoughtSpot or Tableau.

Profile / requirements

Strategic thinker comfortable working in ambiguity and improving imperfect datasets.
Collaborative style; able to mentor others and lead through influence.
Fluent in complex SQL and experienced with dbt.
At least 6 years in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.
Proficient in Google Cloud Platform (including BigQuery) and modern BI tools.
Fluent English; German is a significant advantage for Swiss partnerships.

Nice-to-haves

Experience with Python.
Familiarity with version control using Git/GitHub.
