Taking ownership of core data models, improving data quality, and ensuring consistency across key metrics.. Partnering closely with product, engineering, and data stakeholders to define and maintain the datasets that power decision-making. Profile: - We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical fundamentals with a forward-looking mindset - Can design scalable, maintainable data models and standards - Have strong experience in analytics engineering, data modeling, and SQL - Think of datasets and metrics as products that require maintenance and stewardship - Have a builder mindset and proactively improve systems and processes - Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Take ownership of data quality and care deeply about accuracy and consistency - Are excited about applying AI to improve analytics workflows and insight generation
