HighLevel is hiring an Sr. UX Researcher to elevate the quality, consistency, and impact of user experience across its product ecosystem. The role sits at the intersection of design execution, research, and product thinking, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Design to raise the UX bar and keep experiences intuitive and customer-centric.
Responsibilities
- Identify UX gaps in usability, consistency, and polish, and proactively drive improvements across key product surfaces.
- Conduct competitive research and UX audits, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Partner with product managers and designers to shape user flows and refine interactions, ensuring strong UX fundamentals early in development.
- Synthesize user feedback and data from multiple sources (e.g., support tickets, usability tests, analytics) to surface recurring pain points and opportunities.
- Drive UX consistency and standards by contributing to design systems, pattern libraries, and best practices.
- Support usability testing and research by defining hypotheses, structuring studies, and translating results into product direction.
- Create UX documentation and artifacts such as wireframes, journey maps, and experience audits.
- Advocate for users by grounding decisions in user needs, behaviors, and outcomes.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in UX, product design, or related fields, with strong user-centered design fundamentals.
- Ability to evaluate experiences and spot obvious and non-obvious usability issues.
- Experience with competitive analysis and UX audits, turning observations into structured insights.
