Sr. Technical Program Manager

Role Overview

Sr. Technical Program Manager (Site Reliability) at Docusign (individual contributor). You will plan, execute, and deliver SRE programs that improve the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of cloud infrastructure and services.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of SRE programs across:
  • incident management
  • release management
  • observability
  • automation
  • capacity planning
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, SRE/DevOps, product/operations stakeholders) to align priorities, resolve blockers, and track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
• Create and maintain status updates, dashboards, and reports covering milestones, challenges, and outcomes.
• Partner with Incident Commanders for post-incident reviews, root cause analysis, and tracking preventive actions to reduce downtime.
• Provide clear updates to stakeholders and leadership, translating technical detail into business impact.

Requirements

• 8+ years professional experience in the high-tech industry, including 5+ years in technical program management or SRE.
• Experience supporting SRE platforms/infrastructure for SaaS products.
• Managed technically complex programs involving 25+ team members and delivering under deadlines.
• Ability to present program plans and progress to leadership.
• Strong SRE foundation: observability, incident response, infrastructure automation.
• Experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Hands-on familiarity with CI/CD, infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible), and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
• Data-driven approach using dashboards and metrics.
• Project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project) and Agile/Scrum.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
