Sr. Solutions Architect, Intelligent Ops, DevOps

Role Overview

Sr. Solutions Architect (Intelligent Ops, DevOps) supporting a partner company’s customers in the United States. You will lead technical discovery and architecture design to help enterprises modernize IT operations using DevOps, automation, and intelligent operations strategies (including AI-driven operations).

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery sessions to understand current IT environments, business goals, technical challenges, and future-state objectives
• Develop and present solution architectures, technical designs, roadmaps, and proposals aligned to customer needs and outcomes
• Design recommendations across:
  • DevOps and automation
  • Cloud services and infrastructure platforms
  • Observability and Intelligent Ops
  • Intelligent infrastructure management approaches
• Drive technical opportunity leadership with customer stakeholders and coordinate internal resources
• Create technical documentation, diagrams, analyses, and presentation materials for enterprise transformation initiatives
• Act as a trusted technical advisor (industry insights and emerging technology recommendations)
• Support account planning, executive briefings, workshops, and customer-facing events
• Build relationships with technology partners and contribute to joint go-to-market initiatives
• Promote technical excellence via mentoring and internal knowledge sharing
• Identify improvements to presales processes, methodologies, and solution delivery practices
• Support adoption of DevOps, AIOps, Agentic Ops, and automation frameworks across customer environments

Requirements

• 7+ years in systems engineering, solution architecture, or related roles
• Experience in consulting, client-facing, or professional services environments
• Strong knowledge of DevOps, Intelligent Ops, automation, AIOps, and observability frameworks
• Hands-on experience with:
  • DevOps platforms
  • Infrastructure as Code
  • Intelligent infrastructure management approaches
• Experience with cloud-native technologies and third-party DevOps platforms
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (military experience accepted)
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage executive-level stakeholders
