Sr. Solutions Architect

Role Overview

Senior Solutions Architect in Cedar’s Delivery organization, responsible for integrating Cedar’s platform into clients’ healthcare management systems. You will build early client relationships and lead technical delivery from implementation kickoff through launch, stability, and handoff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical and operational discovery to define requirements, dependencies, and implementation risks.
• Translate client data structures and file formats into Cedar infrastructure, schemas, and integration design.
• Lead data validation and UAT to diagnose and resolve:
  • data mismatches
  • transformation issues
  • load failures
  • ensure performance and quality across data, access, functionality, and performance.
• Communicate complex technical topics to technical and operational stakeholders, including:
  • networking
  • security
  • change approval processes
  • user authentication
  • technical reviews.
• Manage complex, multi-threaded projects and communicate progress against milestones.
• Act as a “voice of the customer” to internal teams (engineering, account management, product).
• Apply critical thinking to ambiguous technical and operational workflows and make sound tradeoff decisions.
• Independently operate on ambiguous projects while balancing multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Use AI and emerging technologies pragmatically to accelerate analysis, documentation, troubleshooting, and execution—while maintaining strong judgment.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of professional experience; 5+ years in client-facing roles leading technical projects in an enterprise environment.
• Background working with one or more of:
  • enterprise healthcare systems
  • digital consumer payments or backend payment processing
  • enterprise system integrations
  • Electronic Health Record (EHR) companies.
• Comfortable with data structures, relational databases, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with Python.

• Comfort using AI/emerging technologies in delivery workflows to improve quality and efficiency.
