Sr Software Engineer, Web

Role Overview

Senior Software Engineer (Web) for LTK’s Creator organization. You’ll design, build, and evolve front-end experiences used to onboard creators and drive their growth across LTK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scalable, production-quality web features end-to-end (technical design/prototyping through implementation, testing, rollout, and iteration).
• Build and maintain high-quality web experiences using modern frameworks (React.js and/or Vue.js).
• Optimize web performance and reliability (bundle size, loading performance, runtime responsiveness).
• Champion best practices across accessibility, usability, security, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Integrate with backend services and APIs (REST/JSON, HTTP; GraphQL).
• Write robust, well-tested, maintainable code; lead projects to completion.
• Conduct peer design/code reviews and provide actionable feedback.
• Improve web architecture, tooling, and development processes; work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Collaborate across product, design, and engineering, including distributed teams across time zones.
• Serve as a web technical subject matter expert and mentor other engineers.
• Use AI tools to accelerate workflows (e.g., code generation, refactoring, test/documentation creation) while maintaining a high bar for safety and code quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with production-scale web applications.
• Strong experience with modern web development, including complex, component-based single-page applications.
• Demonstrated proficiency in React.js (or comparable framework).
• Deep understanding of front-end architecture and patterns (components, state management, routing, modularization).
• Proficiency with modern web tooling and ecosystems such as Webpack/Vite, npm/yarn, linting/formatting, and testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Experience building scalable, resilient web experiences for growing user bases.
• Experience integrating with backend services and APIs (REST/JSON/HTTP; GraphQL) and defining interface/contract boundaries.
