Sr. Software Engineer

Role Overview

Senior Software Engineer on the Golf Engineering team (Senior individual contributor). You will own and evolve front-end applications for the company’s identity platforms, ensuring they are scalable, consistent, and integration-ready.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve front-end applications supporting identity platforms with a focus on scalability, usability, and integration readiness
• Translate product and engineering direction into clear technical approaches and well-defined JIRA tickets
• Provide technical guidance to front-end developers to improve consistency and code quality
• Partner with backend and QA teams to deliver reliable end-to-end solutions aligned to system architecture
• Improve front-end architecture, patterns, tooling, and workflows for long-term maintainability
• Organize priorities, sequence work effectively, and drive execution to completion

Requirements

• Strong experience building modern front-end applications with Vue.js, Nuxt.js, and Vite
• Experience with state management (e.g., Pinia) and unit testing frameworks
• Experience using GitHub and Jira in collaborative development environments
• Strong understanding of front-end architecture, design patterns, and integration with backend services and QA workflows
• Ability to translate high-level direction into actionable technical work with minimal ambiguity
• Systems-thinking mindset and ability to engage beyond the UI layer
• Highly organized and accountable, able to work independently while collaborating across teams

Work Setup

• Fully remote (U.S. only) with optional periodic in-person collaboration (~10%)
• Occasional on-call support (currently minimal)
