Role Overview

Senior Product Engineer / Senior Software Engineer (Full-Stack with Backend Focus)

• Remote-first role building a 0→1 digital product from scratch inside an established, well-funded organization.
• Own features end-to-end across mobile and backend systems, with architectural influence and scalability from day one.

What You’ll Work With

• Flutter (Web today; iOS/Android next)
• Node.js / TypeScript backend services (microservices-oriented)
• Postgres and API-driven data access
• Event-driven and async patterns
• AWS cloud infrastructure
• CI/CD and observability
• Clean architecture, testing, and performance tuning

• $165,000–$175,000 base + bonus potential
